Issue 1: Invalid Password
Solution: Make sure Caps Lock is off and try again. If you still can’t log in, reset your password.
Issue 2: Account Not Found
Solution: Double-check you’re using the correct email address. Try other emails you might have used.
Issue 3: Account Locked
Solution: After 5 failed attempts, accounts are temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.
Issue 4: Browser Issues
Solution: Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser.
Issue 5: Two-Factor Authentication
Solution: Make sure you’re entering the correct 2FA code. Codes expire after 30 seconds.
